I am excited to offer a series of Move Your Mood Workshops at YCD Holistic Healing in Nashua during the coming months. The first one is coming up next Wednesday on May 6th, and it will be focusing on taming and harnessing ADHD through music and Dance (see flyer below). If you know someone that might be interested or benefit from attending any of these workshops, please share this post or pass the information along.
One of my passions is free creative dancing and movement, and I would love to help you and others to experience dancing as an enjoyable form of exercise, as well as a fantastic tool to improve your life. If you already enjoy dancing, that is fantastic, and I hope you will continue to deepen and cultivate your connection to it. If you feel shy or timid about dancing, but willing to give it a chance, these workshops could be a safe and gentle way of getting your feet wet. And I am not talking about formal or ballroom dancing. I am talking about discovering and letting your own creative movement and dance to surface, through mindfulness, and fun, playful connection with others, also while learning about the many benefits that dance and and uninhibited movement has to offer.
Absolutely no dance experience necessary for these workshops. Just curiosity and a love of fun, music and movement
